Holding Space

Energy work is my passion! The body has an innate capacity to heal itself. But if we’re so busy making plans, doing, doing, and going – we accomplish nothing.

Energy work reminds me that when I can slow down enough to let the pulse of infinity run through me…. all is well.  I love holding this space for others especially when their bodies need the extra support.  It’s such a beautiful expression of connectedness… to one another, and to the Divine. . “If you love what you do and it’s your life’s purpose, you’ll happily devote more time to it and in turn, accomplish more, earn more, and feel more fulfilled.” -GB.
