I absolutely love this practice because it brings me right back my core… my center.  Deeply, quickly, and surprisingly easily. It doesn’t last though, so it’s a consistent and loving practice… self care, like a spiritual bath! . And it feels ᗩᗰᗩᘔIᑎG
